Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sam Sultana Collection. ​The following listed are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Store Policy.

Store policy:

Our Fragrance products are non-refundable and non-returnable, but we do offer replacement options. All sales are final. We recommend our sample sized products if you're interested in trying the scent before purchasing the full sized bottle.

Jewelry Collection:
Sam Sultana Jewelry Collection offers returns for damaged or tarnished accessories within 20 days of purchasing. If jewelry arrived damaged or tarnished please email photos of damages to our official email address. Attached to the email provide your order number and payment method for a full refund. You will be liable for shipping costs to return the product back to our store.

Shipping costs are refunded if items are lost. You are responsible for providing full address or delivery information. For coupons sent, please contact me via email or the contact form for the redemption code. If you are experiencing any difficulties using the promo codes, please email me before checkout. 

Please ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order, otherwise this will prevent the confirmation email from reaching you.

Shipment processing time:

We offer same day shipping for orders submitted before 11 AM EST. 

Orders placed between Friday after 11:00 AM EST through Sunday are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

 If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order surpassing 10 business days, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping for our full sized bottles are free in the USA. Sample sized fragrance and jewelry requires a shipping fee based on location.

Damages

Sam Sultana Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the postal carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you have not received your parcel you will need to contact us on [email protected]. If we suspect your parcel is lost we will file a claim with the courier service. Claims can take up to 30 days to process. During the claims process, we will be unable to resend your order or issue you a refund. Once a claim has been concluded we will only be able to take action based on the outcome of the claim. The outcome of the claim is a final decision and cannot be overridden. If you do not want to go forward with the claim process, please inform me via email as it's an automatic process.



Regarding International orders, unfortunately due to customs we can not ship cosmetics or fragrances to the Middle East. This isn’t a decision made by the merchant, and it’s not a decision made by the package forwarding service. It’s a decision made by customs authorities and enforced by international carriers. We appreciate your support and understanding. *Orders to Qatar, Kuwait, Turkiye, South Africa, UAE & Egypt are prohibited.


If your order is returned to us due to not collecting or incorrect information was entered at checkout, you are responsible to repay for postage for a redelivery. Please ensure all your address details are correct (apartment number, P.O. Box and delivery instructions)
